Return & Refund Policy
At CLTCH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is applied in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
14-Day Return & Exchange
Customers may request to return or exchange an eligible item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without having to provide a reason and without bearing expenses, subject to the exceptions permitted under applicable Egyptian law.
To be eligible, the item should remain in the same condition in which it was received. A return or exchange may not be available where the condition of the item has changed due to the customer or in other cases excluded by applicable law.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If an item is defective, customers have the right to request a replacement or return and refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
For defective products, the applicable replacement or refund will be provided without additional cost to the customer as required by law.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact CLTCH as soon as possible with your order information and details of the issue so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once a return is received and reviewed, CLTCH will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection requirements.
Where required by law, refunds will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, CLTCH will coordinate an appropriate available method for returning the amount paid.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a T-shirt for another available size, please contact us within the applicable return period. Size exchanges are subject to availability and applicable consumer rights.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will work with you on an appropriate return or refund where applicable.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges may not be available in circumstances excluded under Egyptian consumer protection rules, including where an item is no longer in the same condition due to the customer or where an item was produced according to special specifications requested by the customer and conforms to those specifications.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to customers under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

If you would like to cancel or modify an order before it is shipped, please contact CLTCH as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
